Michael Jordan is the chief brewer at Shanghai’s Boxing Cat breweries and the super swanky Liquid Laundry.

We caught up with him ahead of Shanghai’s Beer Week and heard about the Herculean challenge he faced taking over after a tragedy at the Boxing Cats, and how he’s now working at the centre of an exploding craft beer scene.
