(July 15, 2020) Already more than a decade from being retired in the lesser-known sport of Wushu, Lester Pimentel, a former World Martial Arts Champion, credits the values he learned through his sport on his life-after-sports success. Fast forward to today, he is a TV/Film Director and a Food Entrepreneur, who built household names such as Rice in a Box (RBX), Wang Fu Chinese Cafe, and Kyu Kyu Ramen.
