Anna has a fear of hills so what's better then prescribing more hills? We wanted to focus this week on finding not only time but motivation to get workouts in when you have a busy work schedule or even just a busy life. Anna in particular has a busy week working 4, 12 hour shifts this week at the hospital but still plans out how she can get her workouts in to build progress with her training plan.
