Artbit feat. Techspressionist: Colin Goldberg interviewed by Roz Dimon
Colin Goldberg’s artwork explores the intersection of technology and Expressionism. The artist coined the term Techspressionism as the title of a 2011 solo exhibition in Southampton. Techspressionism was first described as a movement in WIRED in 2014, and it has since grown into an international community of artists working with technology from over 30 nations around the world. More information on Techspressionism is available online at https://techspressionism.com/
Goldberg lives and works on the North Shore of Long Island and is a recipient of grants from the Pollock-Krasner Foundation and the New York State Council on the Arts. His paintings reside in the permanent collections of the Islip Art Museum, Stony Brook Medicine, and the Pollock-Krasner House and Study Center.
