This week we discuss the leader's role in correcting for inappropriate and harmful behaviors.  We discuss what is the most important correction a leader can make and how it plays a role in preventing incrementalism and the slippery slope behaviors.  I introduce the continuum of harm and talk about boiling the frog slowly.
