We’ve all been there - in the midst of a hectic day that leads you to the nearest fast food or quick meal to which you add “a diet” soda, because “at least that’s healthier for me.” Sadly this encounter always seems to lead to feeling like you’ve done something wrong. It’s that moment, that FEELING, that motivated us to create this community. Together we will discuss intuitive eating, the struggles of health in the middle of a busy life, and how to come to peace with all of it. We will hear from YOU as a community and we will create discussions with REAL people who GET IT. We’ll invite guests from a wide range of backgrounds including: nutrition, fitness, motherhood, professional life, students, and even life on the road. Why? Because it’s important to know that you are not alone in this feeling. Our hope is to celebrate the successes and the failures, and show that even those who seem to have it all together also experience these struggles. Our goal is to create small and attainable accountability challenges for the community. This will be an inclusive and comfortable space for everyone to establish peace with their health. We can’t wait to go on this adventure with you!
