We all go through different situations in life.  And some of them tend to be more tense than others.  Depending on how tense the situation is, chances are that the situation is pretty tense because we are going through it for the first time.  In this episode, I will be discussing the FFT effect.  I borrowed this term from Brené Brown, and it stands for "F****ing First Time."
