"Due to my success, I ended up splitting up with my partner. I felt like I touched rock bottom. So I started to realise that I needed to do a lot of inner work. There was a disconnect between that and the person who I really was. That situation made me start journaling and meditating. Honestly, I'm so thankful that all of those things happened because I wouldn't be the person I am right now."
