Alassane Kane, former semi-pro and professional soccer player in Germany and Australia, joins Sheiny to discuss his passion for soccer and his journey that took him overseas to compete with clubs such as, SV Memmselsdorf, FC Eintracht, Banberg, DJK Don Bosco and Bayern Hof. We go into depth as to the culture shock moving from the US to Germany, the time and effort he put into his soccer training, and the trials and tribulations he's gone through along the way and how he's learned from them. We go deeper into his drive and "never quit" mentality to continue striving towards his passion to play professionally, and what he's learned from playing soccer as an NCAA Division I athlete to playing at a professional level overseas.
