Hi and welcome to the Don’t Put Your Business in The Streets Podcast! Today I will be sharing something I speak to business colleagues and clients with quite frequently. This is something that can apply to your daily life.
We are all always trying to do entirely too much at one time. As people, we want all of the things all at once. I want to encourage you to take a look at the things you are doing and ask yourself if you’re doing them because you really want to or because you feel like you have to or you should.
Somethings you will inevitably have to do but there may be some areas in which you can ‘trim the fat’. You can get rid of the fluff and focus on the things that will move you forward in your life.
Why is that people only feel they’re living their best life is when they are on vacation yet they don’t mention living their best life in the day to day? You should be doing things every day that make you feel like you’re living your best life.
What does your best life look for you? My best life may look different then your life. The goal is to live a life you don’t need a vacation from. No matter your current situation, you have the power to change it. What are you willing to swap out to be able to do the things you want to do? No one is going to hand you your best life. You have to go out there and grab it.
