"Dog's Kindness Saves Her Village"- Dog found her Inner Star Power of kindness when her town was covered in dark clouds that made everyone grumpy.  Dog used her Inner Star Power of kindness to show kindness to one of her neighbors. This act of kindness helped her neighbors remember the kindness in their own hearts and created a ripple effect that caused the clouds of grumpiness to disappear.  

This episode's Star Power Challenge is to practice showing kindness to 5 people in your community. Feel free to use our Random Acts of Kindness printout or you and your child can come up with your own simple ways to show kindness.  Some examples include, holding the door open for someone, giving someone a compliment, helping a friend, making a gift, donating to those in need, etc.  

Take some time to reflect on how showing kindness to others makes you and your child feel.
