This episode of Fight IQ is a special one for me personally as I break down some martial artists who really influenced my own life throughout the years. The three men I've highlighted here have instilled me with a strong work ethic and a sense of honor and integrity that I try to apply to my own life. Most of us grew up with heroes we looked up to and aspired to be and hopefully, those heroes helped us grow as we set out to emulate them in one way or another. For those of us who didn't simply look up in awe but who tried to follow in the footsteps of their idols, this episode is for you.
