Elizabeth and Darrah are in lockstep on delegation but are divided on the issue of partnership.

Darrah talks about her very positive view of partnerships -- a union in which two people can have different skills or perspectives that complement each other.

Elizabeth, who has had some nightmare partnerships is less excited about partnership, but she does admit that she's come around because her partnership for her Underground Wine Event works so well.
