Doctor Higgins is one of my professors here at BYU Idaho. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Family Resources & Human Development from Arizona State University in 1997, got a Master's in Marriage & Family Therapy from Brigham Young University in 2001, and got his PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy also from Brigham Young University in 2007. He has worked as an Instructor, Practitioner, Marriage and Family Therapist, & faculty at various universities throughout his career.
