About Revel Kombucha: Located in downtown Ojai, Revel Kombucha Bar was established six years ago by Adam Gallegos. Hearing about the health benefits of kombucha, he and his wife Sonia decided to experiment and brew up a batch of their own. Through a friend, they learned about jun and found themselves on a mission to find a jun culture. It was well worth the search. 

It became clear that this was a beverage they needed to make for more people to have access to. Adam went to work perfecting the brews while Sonia created a fun, family-friendly tasting room near their home in Ojai, California. Before long, there were lines out the door.

Now, Revel Kombucha became more well-known for its award-winning jun kombuchas on tap and delicious (fully organic) acai bowls.
