February is all about relationships and we’re starting with the most important one: the relationship you have with yourself.
In this episode, we talk about why self love is the foundation for everything else in your life your relationships, experiences, opportunities, and how supported you feel day to day.
We wrap up with a short set of journaling prompts to help you get honest with yourself and meet yourself with more kindness (you can find the prompts below).
This one’s an invitation to slow down, tune in, and start relating to yourself like someone you actually care about ✨
Journaling prompts:
💛
1. How are you feeling about yourself right now? Write out whatever comes up without judging it.
2. When I have an off day, fall short, or make a mistake - how do I talk to myself?
3. Where in my life do I tend to push past my own needs or feelings?
4. What genuinely brings me joy, comfort, or pleasure?
5. What’s one “Happy Action” I can take this week to care for myself and deepen self-appreciation?
This can be tiny (a dance break, wearing something you love) or dramatic (flowers, a solo date… or a ring 😉).
Then — go do it 🩷
