In this episode, we discuss the prevalence of greed in the Pan-African community and its negative impact on progress and unity. We examine how individuals and organizations that claim to represent the community often prioritize personal gain over the collective good, leading to corruption, exploitation, and inequality. We also highlight examples of individuals and organizations that have prioritized the community's needs above their own interests and the positive impact they have had. Finally, we offer insights into how we can shift the mindset towards prioritizing collective good over personal gain and hold leaders and organizations accountable to ensure resources meant for community development are not misused.
