What is an art movement? Tough question to answer. Is it whatever an artist does as long as it is backed up by a manifesto? An organic evolution from the norm into new creative spaces, perhaps? Maybe an act of rebellion that more and more artists join until it inevitably turns into that which it swore to destroy in the first place? All of the above? None?
