The Mental Mom Show

Ep. 60 I’ll take a Venti Diabeetus please

Listen Later

Meg’s kind of breaking up with her favorite coffee company - not completely, but changing the relationship a bit. She demonstrates a therapeutic writing process to deal with a break up or other grief and loss issues via a letter she wrote to Starbucks.

And, Meg’s excited. She joined a cult - but it’s the good kind - she tells Casey all about it. Casey shares his disdain for Meg’s love of Dirty Martinis - she’s been drinking them in honor of binge-watching “Flipping Out” with Jeff Lewis all weekend. He’s the best, OCD interior designer and house revamper - EVER!  Meg and Casey discuss the benefits of detoxing relationships and only allowing happy and healthy people in the inner circle. Not that a little crazy isn’t fun - but in small doses.
