Jonny Schreiber loves to create and engage with art in all of its forms and can be described as a poet, musician, comedian, DJ, storyteller, (aspiring) author, (passable) dancer, and (extremely mediocre to below average) drawer (is that even a word??). He likes to think that he is extremely talented at following detailed recipes to cook meals for his friends and family, having abstract existential conversations about the meaning of life in the back of the dance club, and overanalyzing almost any situation that arises in his life. However, since he is writing this bio, we will take that last sentence with a grain of salt. 

Jonny is a Colorado native and has a strong passion for the outdoors and partakes in most of the outdoorsy Colorado activities that you would expect. His art is inspired by his emotions, experiences, dreams, and desires. He unfortunately does not have any writing published (yet). However, he does have an album of Indie-Electronic Music called “Angst” that he released in 2022 under his music-persona, “The Elaborate Owl”. Jonny has many creative projects in the works, including another album, a novel, and a collection of poetry to name a few (or maybe it’s multiple different collections of poetry, or an album of poetry performed over ambient music, or maybe it’s a series of music videos but for poetry, or maybe it’s a scavenger hunt and each time you get a clue it’s a piece of a poem and then by the end you have the full piece). Unfortunately, we have no idea when these projects will be complete as Jonny switches his medium of art almost daily, and continues to discover new forms of art that inspire him. Damn him! But nonetheless, stay tuned, for he has a lot to share with the world.
