As I've gotten older, observed some things and paid some dues I realize that the only thing that matters is people. As I realize this it has also become apparent that everybody is doing the same thing a different way and that is the root of most of our problems. In this time of transition at the end of the year, how are you transforming your relationships to align with the life you want to create?
