Can you replace grief with gratitude? While moving from grief to love and gratitude is the ultimate goal, you can’t just replace grief with gratitude.
A gratitude practice is beneficial, but you can’t avoid the grief by focusing on gratitude. You can however improve your life here and now by remembering gratitude along the way.
A gratitude practice can help you create wellbeing and remind you of your wholeness and your connection with your world, which can also help you avoid sinking into despair.
