Focus can be practiced though a skill that, when learned, will amplify the potential for learning any new skill, allow for greater engagement in tasks, increase our self-awareness, and provide direction during stressful times.
MINDFULNESS allows us to stay present, and engaged in a variety of ways. From everyday tasks, to deliberate meditation, mindfulness can be practiced to increase our mind's our ability to stay focused, and recognize and identify to our underlying thoughts more effectively. With this practice, the ability to use mindfulness in the moment provides an avenue toward handling stressful situations with clarity and deliberate action.
