Last week I recorded part 1 of the CDP framework teaching you how to realize the choices you have in order to make better decisions and develop positive patterns.

This is a specific framework that really any productivity plan boils down to. We can have everything laid and planned to the T but if we're not taking action, nothing matters.

Today is an inside look of how the CDP framework came to be.

I speak about some fairly rough points in my life and the choices that I had presented to me. I also speak about my Step Dads journey quitting smoking.

The most important thing to remember as you dissect the CDP framework yourself is the micro and macro. Every day you'll be presented with very small choices which is usually the answer to making a behavior change. Other times you'll have huge life altering decisions to make and you may not even know it. The only thing you can do is your best!
