Philip Tran is a queer poet from Denver, collage artist, paper engineer, florist, handyman, roller derby initiate, and emcee who regularly hosts events and variety shows, and 4th Friday’s hosting the long running weekly poetry open mic at The Mercury Cafe. He is also a dad joke connoisseur.

In 2023 he launched Bound By The Beat, an event combining local rope bondage and jazz communities, and is currently curating another show for May.
