I'm rounding out our series on caregiving and the Alzheimer's journey for September, and I thought there is no better way than to talk about some things that we can do in our own lives to stay healthy both physically and mentally. Now, I'll caveat this with that I am not a mental health professional or a doctor. So the things that I'm going to talk about are coming from just real-life experiences, either for myself or for clients that I have worked with. We're going to talk about mental health and physical health, emotional health, and our general well-being during today's episode, and specifically how those relate directly back to your caregiving experience.
