Ep 61 Vicki Witherick | Mindfulness, Energy Healing & Science | The Self Development Podcast

Listen Later

In this episode, I'm chatting with author, meditation and energy healer, and anxiety specialist, Vicki Witherick.

Vicki spent many years of her life in a very dark place battling her own mental health, but it was there that she discovered a natural way to heal and I began her well-being journey.

For over a decade, Vicki has been working on her own self-healing journey and has studied and practised a variety of holistic, energetic and alternative therapies.

She immersed herself in areas of science, psychology, counselling, CBT, EFT, herbalism and cannabis for health, meditation and mindfulness practice, and sound therapy and gained qualifications in each. She even found time to become a Reiki master.

Vicki is now a specialist in anxiety support, mindset training, introducing well-being in the workplace and creating a meditation and self-care practice.

Highlights:

👉 What’s meant by energetic therapies, energy healing and the concept of our energy?

👉 Long-term and short-term approaches towards overcoming anxiety

👉 What are reiki and EFT and what are their benefits?

👉 Herbal and cannabis remedies enhance a person's health and well-being

👉 Improve your emotional and mental well-being
