This episode features Killian Hamilton of PRE-SCRIPT, where we start off with the "3 Fs of Killian" game (Film, Fashion and Farts) to get to know Killian on a level that is not exercise/fitness related. The second half of the show we dive into some aspects of this community that we both find to be lacking, as well as some that are great but need to be emphasized more for the betterment of the whole mass. Killian is very well rounded in his intelligence and brings a humorous side to an industry that can be very bland, so i really enjoyed this conversation and everything that he brings to the fitness community in terms of education.
