ARE YOU THAT PERSON WHO FINDS SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES BORING? OR RESTRICTIVE?
While, of course, everybody is free to do what floats their boat, I’m also here to point out that a lack of systems and processes will at some stage restrict the growth of your business.
