An idea has emerged today in what could become a new practice, new workshop, new way of being.  I would love your thoughts, reflections and additions to this idea and is it interesting to YOU?  Taking my Thinking Environment teacher and amazing human Jane Adshead-Grant's Listening Coach cards and combining them with the powerful and constructively challenging Gesturing Towards Decolonial Futures cards and voila, with some systemic facilitation we have the opportunity to De-Colonise our Minds through Generative Listening.  The objective is a Global North - Global North brave space to de-center ourselves, to center those too often not heard or seen in 'Western' design today, all whilst practicing our generative listening skills with the desired outcome over time of making more deeply connected decisions, individually and collectively that moves us towards just relationships for collective well-being of all.
