Hey Photogs! The holidays are over and we are starting off the new year right with a talk on creating communities. Mike sits down with Jeff Sass about creating a healthy working environment and getting your employees/interns to feel like they are apart of a team. Free merchandise with your company logo on it, giving credit to those who deserve it and acknowledging it to clients, getting the hard stuff done first before the fun parts, and figuring out how to blow up a house by making it beneficial to the city...Okay, that last part is not going to be a common problem, but as photographers, who knows? You may need those pointers for future shoots.
