A French Lebanese Singer/Songwriter/ Founder of “Cats production” has been making waves online after opening up about some pretty heavy news.

In December 2019 Manel Mallat was diagnosed with Lupus, after optic neuritis that made her partially lose her right eyesight. A year later, she was diagnosed with sinus cancer followed by 3 surgeries and 30 consecutive radiotherapy sessions. On her last day of radiotherapy, she publicly announced her silent struggle with the disease in an Instagram post revealing the scars of her treatment: "Today I close this door, leaving behind me challenging chapters of my life".
