O.P. Almaraz worked for some of the biggest names in the property restoration industry before deciding to flex his entrepreneurial muscles and start his own water and fire damage response company. In his early years he learned and struggled with third party administrators (TPAs) and program work. When he went out on his own, he wanted to build a company that didn't rely on these sources of work. He identified high net-worth clients and celebrities as a key area of growth for his company. Even with this large goal, O.P. talks about how he thinks it has been important to keep his team small.
