QUESTION ⁉️ “Hello. I have a quick question. I have a bunch of inventory from a wholesaler. He's given me so many properties that it takes up a lot of my time.

But, now, what I'm running into is no one is buying. I've had two buyers want to come see the property and a lot of emails and messaging to interested buyers.

What am I missing? I’ve sent 30 emails to my cash buyers list from connected investors and posted in at least 18 FB groups.

Is there anything else I should be doing to get one of these properties closed? Any advice would sure help. Thanks!”
