Brittany talks about the ups and downs, and how through those 6 weeks, more and more people grew to love Dylan while being able to see her personality shine through. Brittany also mentions how connecting with other moms on social media has helped her cope with her tremendous loss and also advocate in carrying on the memory of Dylan.
