You, yes YOU… are still your husband’s heart’s undoing!!
In my 60 years of life I’ve seen plenty of evidence that men still love their wives even when the wives think otherwise.
In fact, in most divorces, it’s the wife that initiates the divorce, not the husband.
So what happens for us to think that?
… Maybe we forgot, or better yet we never knew that truly we were, and still are his heart’s undoing.
Was such an eye-opener for me and felt I had to share this message with you.
Sadly, too often we lose sight of who we truly are… of the divinity within each one of us.
Why do lose this knowledge?
So many reasons… our upbringing, how others treat us, what others tell us (and we believe)… but every now and then our soul, our light, shines through and captures our lover’s heart forever.
We must reclaim our true selves, the self that God created and that still lives deep inside of us.
How do we do that? We can start by simply believing in the uniqueness and individuality of us, the something our husbands fell in love with, and that we STILL are.
This can mean to not compare ourselves to other women (air brushed models), but rather be inspired by them, and not focus on negative thinking about ourselves, but rather on things we like about ourselves.
It may mean to seek personal growth and evolution of our selves. Our circumstances have shaped us into the (often times limited) version we are today, but our full potential is limitless… and have to but look inside ourselves to find it.
Don’t forget… you are still HIS HEART’S UNDOING, and always will be.
“The light that lies in woman’s eyes, has been my heart’s undoing.” - Thomas Moore, poet, writer, lyricist, 1779 - 1852
