Quinn is a steel mace and kettlebell teacher that comes from a dance background and when he discovered the mace and Steel Mace Flow he immediately was taken by the movement and the detail to form. He knew right away that the steel mace was something he wanted to take into his fitness and his life.

Quinn was inspired to create the Steel FlowMotion Company which is a dance company concept. This exciting idea has brought forth new energy and a collaborative spirit with other Steel Mace Flow artists and practitioners.

They recently completed their first project Requiem of Steel which was done during the COVID19 quarantine by doing a video "Tag" .
