Allison is the founder of Cortland Consulting, a brand strategy and marketing studio that specializes in building strong, resonant CPG brands and helping them scale both in stores and online. She founded Cortland nearly 4 years ago after helping to grow Sir Kensington's to and through Unilever acquisition. Since then, she and her team have worked on brands including Belgian Boys, Hu Kitchen, AKUA, Haven's Kitchen, and more.
