Eric Umali was my very first coach in mixed martial arts. He is a Hawaiian Kempo black belt under John Hackleman and a 10th Planet Jiujitsu brown belt under Coach Casey Halstead. Aside from training with John Hackleman and Chuck Liddell, he also shares his story of being an executive in the LA film industry.

He is one of the most humble and kind people I know. He inspires me to be a better person and a better martial artist. If it wasn’t for Eric and The Pit 702 I wouldn’t have won my kickboxing championship and I wouldn’t be the person I am today. Enjoy the podcast!
