Welcome back! I'd like to introduce you to a few of my friends, Antonio, Anthony, and Mike. Together we'll be creating a new podcast around open conversations the challenges we individually and collectively face as men. 

For several months we have held space for a group of men to come together, check in with themselves, and help each other unpack some of the challenges we're facing in our businesses, in our relationships, and with ourselves.
