Isaac Sticht with Dayspring Restoration and Brandin Canida with ICON Property Rescue join me on this weeks podcast.  I was really looking forward to talking to these two guys because they are young and new to the industry.  I wanted to find out how they how they got started in the restoration industry and what they like about it.  I talk with them about their previous work history, mentors, how the heard about the jobs, what they like about the companies they work for, what they like about their jobs and more.  I am hoping that my conversation with these high producing team members will help answer some of the new hire questions we all have when trying to find the right person.  I really enjoyed talking with Isaac and Brandin, and can't wait to hear more about what they accomplish in the future.
