Today was Agenda co-host Isabelle Hore-Thorburn's last show in the FBi Radio studio before moving overseas. We heard tips on maintaining long-distance friendships from friends of Agenda Ali Murphy-Oates and Jessica Bradford, plus some friendship love song dedications from Nadia Hernandez and our listeners.

We were also joined by Maryam Azam, a member of Sweatshop: Western Sydney Literacy Movement. We spoke to Maryam about her debut poetry collection, The Hijab Files, and the upcoming Women, Colour and Western Sydney panel for Sydney Writers' Festival.
