Hot tips for using Instagram

I can’t believe I am sharing hot tips for using Instagram in your yoga business, if you could have seen me 5 years ago, I was nowhere near this App!

And even when I did eventually join the Insta party it was reluctant, to say the least.  But with practice and some incredible training with the legend that is Lucy Sheridan I have got my relationship with Insta nailed.

Yes, I do mean my relationship, I know how I want to show up, where I want to show up and how often I am on this App.  And let go of any attachment to what this means or does not mean for the number of followers I have.

It's a business asset, one I am grateful for, one I enjoy.  But one I know I do not own, and like everything has a shadow side.  Knowing this allows me to navigate the shadows peacefully and as much as I love my Instagram party invitation to the world, I invest my time and energy far more on those already paid to be in my courses and those on my mailing list, which I do own.
