Before devoting his work to Innovation X, Evo served as a Head of Innovation at a number of schools in Dubai and has been teaching Design for 2 decades.

Evo has been featured in several publications in the Middle East and the UK and has gone on to speak about his passion for innovation and change in education worldwide, as well as a 2 times TEDx speaker.

Evo uses his passion for education to develop Fusion - a community brand to support teachers.
