That the scripture says if our only hope in Christ ends in this world, we are of all men most miserable, means that we should have  balanced, but weighted hope in Christ. It implies that hope in Christ for the eternal home is the primary. Many are losing this hope. Some have totally lost it.  He that has this hope purifies himself. Let us return to the ancient path.
