A company’s performance rests on creating a great team. We all know that diversity of gender, age, ethnicity and everything else is important. However, there is another type of diversity is often forgotten... the diversity of thinking - neurodiversity. 

A great team has all the bases covered - the big picture, drive, concern for people and making sure it all works. So how can you make sure your team is covering its bases?
 
One way to achieve this is using Deloitte's Business Chemistry of Teams model consisting of four working styles: Pioneer, Driver, Guardian, and Integrator.
