He takes us on a journey through scripture and also into Holy Spirit revelation about God's design for marriage. The most important issue in marriage today is that we don't understand the roles of husband and wife. 90% of the problems in marriage come down to one thing. The design is wrong. Once we understand how marriage was designed to work it becomes easier to have a successful marriage.

Part 2 in this series continues the deeper dive into the role of the husband in marriage. Looking deeper into Ephesians 5 we find that the husband's role in marriage is that of Jesus in how He relates to the church. Jesus was able to claim His bride when He died for her. Just as Eve was created from a rib from Adam's side, Jesus was pierced in His side. Just as Jesus presents His bride in perfection to Himself in glory, so the Husband must honor his wife, nourishing and cherishing her. Pastor Todd takes us another step through God's design for marriage as he finishes showing us God's design for a husband.
