Ricardo Badillo shares insight on the customization of implementing RPA: "There's no one size fits all or recipe to implement RPA Center of Excellence. Especially because it needs to be customized to your organization culture and organization structure, but there are definitely some things that are standard or some components that need to be in place. Based on the journey that we've completed so far, that is around two to three years in implementing RPA, one of the main lessons learned was information security."
