Carl Hargrave was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1992 to 2006, finishing his career as the tight ends coach of the Arizona Cardinals. Over his twelve years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative win/loss record of 104-88-0. Carl received numerous awards and accolades through out his playing career at Upper Iowa University before being drafted by the Oakland Raiders in 1976. His skills and knowledge of the game then led him to many coaching successes at the collegiate level, before becoming Dennis Green’s right hand man on the Minnesota Vikings coaching staff in 1992, and then finishing his NFL coaching career with the Arizona Cardinals in 2006.
