On this weeks episode, I was able to speak with Rod Stanback. He has his own Hard Money Lending Company called Flip Funding. This episode was a gem. As you all know I havent had a hard money lender come on the show and give tips on how to even get into this part of the real estate game. Rod gives tips on how to get started in hard money lending so definitely tap in. If you are a real estate investor dont be afraid to hit him up to fund your next deal either.
